While working for Mark, I was able to undertake a variety of tasks. I drafted a proposal to the government in relation to the promotion of a national monument for the Drumboe Martyrs.I also researched the current political situation in Zimbabwe in order to help draft a senate speech on the topic.I was able to use my knowledge of American institutions to research the history of Irish Americans in wars.Finally, I assisted with database building and correspondence management in Senator Daly's parliamentary office. I would really like to thank you for all the help you gave me last summer. It made a huge difference for my thesis, without your help my thesis would not have been as great as it wound up being. My thesis wound up winning the award for the best senior honor's thesis in comparative politics!
