Working with Mark this year has been a great experience. Through assignments involving updating constituency databases and doing research on proposals, I gained a greater understanding of the Irish government and politics, and I have also learned more about the great and exciting country of Ireland. Additionally, I have become more interested in the political process, and I have been able to draw connections between American and Irish politics. Overall, my time working for Mark has been one of the best parts of time studying in Ireland, and I hope to be involved in connections between Ireland and America in the future.
